Delicious Food for you to try!!
Peeps, I just made this, and it's fantastic!~Feel free to make it and LOVE it. It's a keeper!~
I started with this. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/chicken-asparagus-roll-ups/detail.aspx
I started making it, and realize...Oh jeesh, I dont have tarragon. So, I changed the recipe, and added curry powder and dried crushed rosemary to the sauce. I doubled the asparagus, ansd brushed the sauce inside and out of the chicken with the sauce. I also used gluten free bread crumbs. SO freaking good!~ This is before it was cut. I cooked it a bit long, cuz Im afraid of uncooked chicken.

Wish ya could have been here. . . .
When I was at the dentist in Rexburg the girl who cleaned my teeth asked me, "So, you live in Egypt. Is that pretty much the same as living in Rexburg?" Huh??? No. No is the answer.
Sara and Hans came and visited us and we had such a fun time with them. For real. Fun. We took them on a felucca ride, so peaceful and nice as always. Our boys had a great time too. This could have been you: aunts, uncles, grandparents. I'm not saying anything, I'm just saying. . . .
We went to the Mohammad Ali Mosque and we were forced to wear these swell robes since we were wearing pants. I wasn't that jacked, but luckily I brought my own head scarf. Whew! I don't like to share that sort of thing with my Egyptian friends.
This is the beginning of Tahrir Square. So peaceful, so nice. Wish you could have been here!
