POOR ATHEN!!

So Athen's tooth started to hurt so my dad looked at it and half of his filling has out!! then the next day that same side of his mouth started to puff up then sagg. So we went in and the said food got in his filling and now he has to have a ROUTE CANAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I fell so bad.

Ang & Alissa came and swam at my house on Monday with the kidlets. I wish I had taken pics while they were in the pool, but here's a couple one of them sucking in, and the other them just goofin off. Come swim at my house, I love it!

Zach's latest projects

So Zach made this shelf for me for Saylor's room. He was supposed to make it for me before she was born. Oh well, better late than never right. And our camera is a piece so don't mind the fuzziness of all our pictures :) Cin I finally got to hang up her name you made for me. I have had it out just leaning against her wall since we've moved here, and in our Rexburg apt. I had it above her window. I love them.
So I don't know if any of you remember this but it use to be that light oak color. Not cute. ANy ways Zach refinished it for me and we put on new hardware and I love it now. I had the flash on so you can see a lot of red in it but normally you can't. There is really just a real light tint of red to it that you can see from certain angles.

He made this one a while ago. We had our DVD's and movies in boxes for the first 8 months that we lived here and I kept telling Zach I was going to go and buy a shelf or something for them cuz Saylor baby kept getting into them, so he made this. Don't worry it is anchored to the wall in the back so Saylor can never tip it over on her.

This is my favorite thing that he built. I saw in on Pottery Barn kids and told Zach I wanted it. He made it look exactly like the one from Pottery Barn but ours in bigger cuz I wanted it bigger and they have beadboard on the back of theirs, (which I wanted and is cuter) but Zach couldn't fit a whole piece of beadboard in his car so ours is flat on the back. And Zach made ours have a shelf on top and theirs doesn't. I have a caterpillar that Zach cut out from wood that we want to paint and put above it. Then on the shelf above it or under the caterpillar I want to put a cute saying about reading in vinyl lettering or wood letters. If any of you have any cute sayings you have heard of, let me know cuz I really need one.

I don't know if many of you remember this dresser but it was the one from down in my/Ang's room. It was also that light oak wood color and not cute and had some serious scratches and worn off places. Zach sanded this one down and repainted it as well as new hardware for me. I love it and now my bedroom has a completely different look to it and its awesome.

New swimsuits

I found this on eBay, and I bought the pink and black one, and waiting til I get paid next week for the next. Their Disney which is GAY, but cute other than that. What do you think?

FALL TRIP

I just thought I would check in with all the peeps about this fall trip. Anyone including husbands are invited. Gutts, you too. Josh and I are going for sure. (I had to trade lots of things to make this a go) So far the peeps that I've heard are the definites include: Josh, Ang, Jean, Bird, Hol. There are a few maybes out there also. I checked on Delta.com today and the cost of a roundtrip ticket to Baltimore was $267. But that is purchasing it pretty early.
The dates are also something we need to talk about. I plugged in Oct. 2 and come home Oct. 9. Anyone can go earlier or leave later that would like to. The reason for the coming home on the 9th which is a Friday is because Athen is getting babtised on the 10th and they are blessing Brityn on the 11th.
So I have been doing a bit of researching and this is peak season for the fall foilage. The last week in Sept., and the first two weeks in October are peak for this. I personally think we should take advantage of that and see some of it. But I would like to get everyones input on where they would like to go. We could do a combination of the fall foilage, historical sites, big cities, church sites, etc. Depending on what the peeps going would like to do.
So one of the major problems with going during this time is that the lodging all fills up really fast. At all of the websites I've been to, they keep saying that you need to book right now because they don't have any vacancy during that time. So we need to get cracking on planning this thing.
I don't have any idea price wise what this is going to cost yet. I'm sure we can come up with a ballpark figure once we figure out how many peeps are going and where we will be going. For now all I can tell you is that we will be renting a car, paying for gas, paying for hotels, and whatever it costs to get into any of the sightseeing places.
So for all the peeps interested and all the peeps going, lets have some feedback on where you would like to go, etc. Plus I'm not trying to be the one in charge of all this, I just think we need to get it going. Sorry to all the peeps that can't go.

Decisions???

Alright so Zach made these cute shadow boxes for me and I can't decide which look I like better. The one with the ribbon tied abround it, or making it look like it is hanging by the ribbon. And I want to know which ribbon you like better.
I was tryin out the ribbon on the curtains to see if I wanted to add it to it, but its not to cute dang it cuz its stinkin cute ribbon.

The ribbon would be tight around the boxes :)

And pretend you can't see the ribbon hanging out the side cuz that obviously wouldn't be there :) Thanks peeps. Ang I know you are probably dying that I took the time to take pictures, and post this just for a small decision like ribbon, but I can't decide which one I like better, so I decided to ask everyone :)

DANCE!!!!!!!!

Well i made juniors-so no more sleeping in. It is every day exept sunday @8am!!!!This year we will be doing ballroom-2-3 inch heels!! Plus jr.s teens and seniors get to take an optional trip to L.A. and take classes from some of the best dance places!!! They get to go to L.A dance magic which last year was in cal. and the year before was in florida. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO exited!!!!!! And to top it all off i did my ROUND OFF BACKHAND SPRING today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uncle Gaylin on his horse. My horse loved his horse, and would lay its head sideways on its bum. However, if another horse got near mine, he'd just kick it, or the rider. (He kicked aunt Karen in the leg, and kicked Carissa's horse HARD.) He also tried to kick Uncle Mac's horse like 6 times-Mac called him a dirty horse-kickin Sow, and SOB. It was sweet.
