We are Moving For Reals This time.

Zach and I are moving this Saturday to Boise (Meridian is really where). Zach went over today to go to class and sign the lease on the house we are renting. He was really nervous but I am sure he is going to do just fine. I am getting pretty excited and really sick of packing and cleaning up all our crap. It is torture. I am a little bit freakish about it all and the way it is packed and all that stuff, so it really is one of the most torturous things ever. Zach isn't coming back until Thursday cuz he has class tomorrow too, so I have to finish packing by myself. More torch times for me. Plus its dang fun with Saylor baby around. I don't know our new address yet but I will put it on here when I know what it is. I only know the street name. But, can you really believe it, we are really moving this time? I know its pretty crazy but we are really going to do it. (if it was up to Zach we probs wouldn't, he does not like to change or get out of his comfort zone, so a new job and starting school with new people is not his fav thing in the whole world, but he is really going to do it). Well just thought I would update everyone. ANyone that wants to come help us move can. We don't have any help when we get to Boise, so feel free to come on over and help :)

Big News

Exciting news!!! Me and Had are going to be runnin the half marathon with Holl and Jeff! Can you believe it? Had keeps telling me he's not a runner, but he's gotta become one pretty fast cuz 13 miles is kind of far for someone that's not a runner. Freak, it's even far for someone that is a runner. I'm kinda nervous for it myself. I hope that we can get in shape in time, cuz it's in 7 weeks.

I cut off 12 inches!!!

Hey yo,
Here is my new hairdo. I cut off a LITERAL 12 inches. I donated 10 inches to Locks for Love (they have to measure it, put it in a ponytail, and then ,just totally chop it off in one sweet big chop.) My favorite part of this is my cleav. At least you can't really see anything, so I don't want to hear comments on it!! Anyway, after the 10 inches, she cut off another 2, and this is how long it is after 12 inches. The haircut was free (hooray!) because I donated. Sweet eh? I'm so happy my hair is gone!!

Amazing

Many of you might not know that I am training for a 1/2 marathon. That is 13 miles for those peops that don't know. There are about 6 girls in my ward that are running in the race. Our pals Devin and Melinda are running in it and Jeff. It's on October 11th. I'm getting pretty jacked to run it. My plan is to waste everyone. I don't know if I'll be able to, but I think I'm pretty amazing. After all, I'll be running the race with just one leg!!!!!

The athlete

So, peops, I climbed this. I think most peops know I am so scared of heights. If you don't, I am. So I climbed this rock wall. I got to the top and then had to rapel down. I was so scared I was shaking like a leaf. Really. Then, I didn't want to rapel down so I started to climb down instead, but I was shaking too bad so I just leaned back and went down. I didn't realize you have to stand up at the bottom so I just kept going down, down, down, until I was lying on the ground. I had to sit down for a few minutes afterwards to stop shaking. I didn't feel as cool when Mason's little group climbed the same rock wall.

Reece at his best

We just went to Florida for a week. It was good times, we visited my friend Amber and went to Tampa to play for a while. While we were there we went to a children's museum. Reece continues to talk about the ho-seum. He always wants to go to the ho-seum and he builds ho-seums out of blocks. I wonder who goes to ho-seums. Is it hosers or hos or who?

The other night we were reading scriptures. When we read as a family we say the words and then our non-reading kids repeat them after us so that they can participate. We asked Reece if he wanted a turn to read (repeat) and he said "No, I'm going to read it in my mind." So then I read the verse in Alma 5 that says, have ye spiritually been born of God? Have ye received his image in your countenances? Have ye experienced this mighty change in your hearts?" Reece looks over at me and says, "Um, no." I laughed a lot, but mabes it was one of those times when you had to be there.

I went to the gardens to take pictures of Saylor and made Bird and Linz come with. Bird snuck up into this area and posed like this for me.
The one and only I got of Saylor smiling. I got some other cute ones (check out my blog to see the rest), but none of them she is full on smiling like this one.

I need pictures :)

So I can't remember who I have told about the Fuller Fest pictures, so I am posting it on this and then I won't have to call everyone again about the same thing. So I decided that it would be really cool to keep a book at Mom and Dad's (or whoever was in charge last) with pictures from Fuller Fest. Later on down the road, we can make copies or make them into books so that everyone will have that same book. I think it will be really cool because who knows how long Fuller Fest is really going to last. So this is what I need everyone to do. Go through all of your Fuller Fest pictures from this time (we could do the 1st fuller fest later, but for now, just this one) and pick out about 8-10 that you love or think are great. They can be of anything and everything but I don't want a million, only 8-10 or we'll have billions. I need you to DEVELOP them, and send them to me in the mail. I am moving in two weeks, so if you don't get it done before then, wait for my new address. Don't email them to me because I don't have the money to develop 100 pictures. I am also going to put in the book all of the names for everyones rooms, so the book will include those. Mom saved the ones from the 1st Fuller Fest so we thought that might be kind of fun to include those. So I want everyone to pick out 8-10 pics, develop them, and send them to me in the mail. Thanks all the peeps.

I also have to tell everyone thanks for all of your help during and before Fuller Fest (especially when I got sick). I couldn't have done it without all of you guys so THANKS. I hope everyone had a fun time. I also have to apologize to anyone (and probs everyone) that I was a beast too. I know I was beasty so sorry. I was feeling a little stressed, not a great excuse for bein a jerk, but that is what it is. Plus lets be honest, everyone knows I am a beast, some of you deal with it better than others, but either way, I'm a beast, so sorry. I really am trying to work on that one (I even held my tongue lots of different times during Fuller Fest) :) Any ways, sorry for my beastiness and thanks to everyone that helped me (bought stuff, planned stuff, took care of Saylor, had to deal with me, helped with things, helped me scrapbook, you know all that stuff).
THANKS a million times THANKS!
Jean
sorry this is so late, but better late than never right!

GAY

My gay computer automatically signed me into the fullerfam blog, yee. Sorry!

Ode to My Peeps

Many or most, ok, all of my blogs seem pretty negative. I was re-reading them, and man, I sound like such a sow complaining non-stop. I apologize.

In the last month, I've reconnected with a lot of old friends, and roommates that became great friends. When it comes to the friends in my life, I have been so blessed. I started with the most awesome roommates Jamie, Stephanie, and Trishelle. Then I moved to Provo and had some pretty awesome roommates there too. Sidra (Angela), Birdhair (even if she is the reason I left Provo but whatever), April, Daniellovitch, and Melissa Kitfield, and Melissa Summerville. When I moved back to Ogden, I had Darcy, Karen, and Teria. Teria being the good plum of that crop. We ended up living together I THINK for like 5 years, Until she got married. We then moved into the infamous house on 3364 Eccles Ave where it was a stream of non-stop roommates and good times. The orginal six were, Me, Teria, Dawn, Holly (who is in a class by herself), Ami, and Sarah. The five of us had so much fun!! (Holly just went upstairs and "read scriptures" with Dan-remember?) Both Ami and Dawn reminded me this week of the time we all put on my dirty laundry. I think I have some sweet pictures of that night but they are not scanned. I'll try to put them on my facebook page. Why did we do that? Then of course there was stupid Danielle, (she doesn't read this-I Hope), Crystal , Shawnee, My Martha May Whoveeae. Jen Brown, Jen Garcia, and I know I'm forgetting peeps, but i've had like 50 roommates!!

Anyway, of course, I can't mention friends without mentioning my best friend in the whole wide world, Kaylie. She's been a part of my life for almost as far back as I can remember. Actually, thinking about it, it's been 17 years. Holy crap!! We've had such great times together, a few unpleasant but I can only remember fighting with her twice, but that might just be me, not owning up in my mind, but that's all I remember. She's still a part of my life, and I still love talking to her, hanging out, remembering stuff, and it's grown to include her whole family. (Well, maybe not Richie as much...) No, I jest I seriously love her family and consider them a part of my family. So to Kaylie and the Knights I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!

To everyone else, if you're reading this, you're a friend. (since only friends know about this blog.) I love you, and am grateful, that I've been blessed with such wonderful friends. Thank you!
