Try for Redemption

So I thought about putting on a pic of Daizee for the out of towners that have never seen her. Then I saw this one while going through pics and thought I better put one on that makes me feel better about myself. This is my try for redemption peeps. I could put on a whole photo shoot if I thought it would help, unfortunately, the pics have been burned into our eyes. But hey, isn't Daiz so cute?

OUR BLOG SUCKS!

So, I check some blogs now and then, and this is all that is on ours. I pretty much think ours sucks. I don't know if I want to do anything about it. The only thing I can think of right now is getting revenge on Audrey for putting that horrid picture of me in a swimsuit (actually 2)on her blog. The only problem is, she always looks cute, so what picture could I put in of her? I have currently had about 6 people tell me they are reading all about our cruise and what cute pics they have seen. I translate that to mean, wow, you've gotten fat. Ew, ew, those are the 2 worst pics I think I have ever seen of me, of all time, ew again, ew. Okay, Audrey watch out, I am on the lookout for a bad picture of you, and it is going on the blog baby, oh yeah.
Anyway, I was going off subject, our blog is the worst. We exed out the Rowler, and now the blog is an update that is never even updated. What do we do now, swear? It's time peeps, I think we should all put forth an effort to post something on the blog at least once a month. Sometimes it is torch, but it is fun to look at and read. I was looking for the post on Toj's front teeth being caved in, and I was laughing my head off at tons of them. Here it is peeps, lets make it happen. And that says something coming from me cuz I am the worst at it. Ang out

Fuller Tunes

Does anyone have any of the Fuller Songs saved somewhere? I can only remember some verses or some parts of the songs, and it's been buggin me lots lately, when I try and sing them to my kids. HAHA If you have any of them, either post them on here, or email them to me.

For example:

Fuller Rap
The original Fuller song, to the tune of "In Our Lovely Deseret"
Our Fuller song...even though I helped write this song, I can only remember one verse. They started out their marriage on the 2nd day of June..... what's the other verses?
Dog Kickers
And any others that you can think of that we all should know and teach our kids. :)

THanks peeps!

Sister Fest 2011

The morning of it all, in the car ready to go. Alissa drove her suburban down and it was so fun because we all got to ride together. We left Ang's house a little before 8:30 in the morning on Friday.
Once we got there and checked out Case's cute house and got stuff put in the rooms and all that jazz, we started making lunch. It was super yum (all the food was, thanks to Case for getting and planning it all). After lunch we headed out to go shopping. We made a time limit because no one really had lots of money to spend, and then it turns out everyone wanted to keep shopping, but we called it quits because it was dinner time and  we had games to play that night.  Something else we did before we went shopping was give each other our secret sister gifts. This was something new we did this year and I personally loved it and thought it was so fun. We did it just like at girls camp, we had a $15 limit (although I think most peeps went over), gave a gift on each day, and we kept it a secret (kinda, most everyone knew who someone had). Any ways, I loved the whole secret sister thing, its a must for the next ones to come I think.
For lunch we made these yummy sandwiches that had mozzarella, tomatoes and avacadoes and then they were toasted. Well when we got home from shopping, we were all in the kitchen helping get stuff ready for dinner time and Mom comes over eating this bread. This bread was in the garbage and Mom got it out and started eating it. There was so much food and treats at this fest, it was crazy, and here is Mom eating some bread with cheese on it out of the garbage. It was gross, and we all told her, and then I made her let me take a pic of her :)  She said it was on top and nothing was on touching it, but when I looked over at the garbage there was all sorts of stuff on top of the other pieces of bread haha. This is a classic Mom move :) so I had to put this pic on, Love ya Mom
This was at dinner that night. At this point Linz was sick of the cameras.
So then she did this when I took a pic of just her. So cute LInz, I love it.
Friday night we made a quick Target run, and then came back to play a fun game Ang had planned for us. She had a million questions and each person would get a question asked to them and they would write their answer and we all had to come up with the answer we thought the person who the question was for would answer. It was super fun and she had awesome prizes of course, done in Ang style (go big or go home). As you can see in this pic, Dres inherited Dustin's fun faces haha. We loved having Dres there and it was lots of fun with her.

Ang doing her game and sporting her cute new pajama pants from her secret sister.
Saturday we woke up early to go for a hike in Zions. Well we all woke up early but we didn't end up leaving early. It didnt' matter because we weren't on any schedule so it was all good (except it was getting pretty warm) We had some tourists snap a few pics of us while we were waiting to get on a bus to take us to our stop.
LInz's face in this pic pretty much says what she thinks of being there. She wasn't a fan of the hike.
So it turns out no one brought a back pack for the hike, and Case didn't have any so Dres and LInz came up with their own style. It worked pretty good, but they started getting swack. Also the hike didn't go quite as planned. Linz had a serious asmtha attack part way up the hike, so we all turned around and went back down. No one cared and it was still fun to be out together. On the way home from Zions we decided to take a detour and head to Colorado City to check out the polygs. It was super fun and crazy. They are so fascinating and we all wanted to go in their houses and check them out.
After the hike everyone was getting sleepy and most peeps were laying around. Then Bird had LInz start picking at her ear and getting the blackheads out. Pretty soon they had a crowd. Ang was so interested she decided to mount up and check it out. haha I'm so funny.
Bird was in pain, and we were entertained. We all had our heads shoved down there trying to see, LInz was getting ticked cuz we kept blocking her light, and we kept on getting in her way to try and see a little better. She was mostly working on the same one black head the whole time. It was huge and stuff just kept coming out of it. It was sick and interesting.
Checking out the other ear, but there wasn't much there. So we went back to the other one. At the end of it all, there was still more in there but LInz couldn't get any more out and Bird's ear was throbbing. Then on the way home the next day, Bird asked me to look in her ear and see if I could see anything in that one LInz was digging at. I told her there was something there and it looked like she needed to scratch it off or something. She did and then she pushed on her ear from the outside and a HUGE chunk of stuff came out. LIke the size of a seed of a sunflower seed. It was sick and we were all dying over it and looking at it and making her bend over the seat so we could see in her ear after that. It was crazy and I have never seen anything so big come out of a zit. And it was hard, like a seed. Crazy huh? I didn't take a pic of it, but now I wished I would have so you could all see it.
After the digging of Bird's ear, we decided to start on the craft. They turned out super cute and took lots longer than we were thinkin  and Case's house was covered in a layer of orange fuzz after. I didn't take any pictures of the craft doing and I'm sad cuz they were so cute and it was SO messy and definitely picture worthy. Once we got mostly cleaned up after the craft at 10 that night we headed out to find some place that was open still so we could eat dinner. We found one place still open and went in and ate. When we got home, we played a fun Jenga game that had questions on them that Liss brought. (in case anyone is wondering why Bird and LInz are looking so cute, they showered while we were finishing up our craft and let their hair air dry and then went to dinner looking so beautiful :)  Most peeps headed to bed after that. Not me or Bird, we got breakfast ready at 1:30 in the morning and then went to bed :)
Sunday morning before we were getting ready to leave. Caleb came home so we had him snap a pic of all of us before we all left.
This Sister Fest was so much fun and I just wanted to tell everyone thanks for coming and thanks for putting time and effort into it. That's what made it fun and memorable. Thanks to Case and Caleb for letting us take over your house and do Sister Fest there and the food and shopping . Thanks to Alissa for driving us there and all over the place and the game. Thanks to Mom for making the cute mail boxes and letters (and cutting those torturous burlap strips). Thanks to Ang for the game and ordering stuff for the craft and planning with me. Thanks to Bird and Dad in getting the secret sister stuff put together. Thanks to Linz for the cute treats and quotes on our pillows at night.  Thanks everyone for everything. I'm sure I forgot stuff of what peeps did, but thanks everyone. Also a thanks to the husbands who had to take time off work and who stayed with the kids so we could go do this and for their support in letting us stay close as a family and especially as sisters, it means a lot to me and I know to all of us sisters, so THANK YOU HUSBANDS. I loved this Sister Fest and wish all you other sisters that didn't come would have been there. I had a blast peeps.

California Pizza Kitchen Recipe

Hey Peeps, here is the recipe for the yummy pizza I made the other night. It really is one of the best things I've ever eaten. I LOVED it. THe name is California Pizza Kitchen Club Pizza:

Dough:
1 1/2 cups warm water                       1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast                                        3-4 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar

Mix yeast, sugar and water together and let sit for 10 minutes or so, until its bubbly.  Then dump it in your mixing bowl and add salt and flour a cup at a time. (I used the full 4 cups, just see how it is)  It should be a pretty sticky dough but not like crazy. (Mine didn't stick to the sides of my bowl, but it was still pretty sticky)
Let it raise for about 40 minutes covered, and then punch it down and roll it out.  (This will make a jelly roll pan full  and maybe a little extra if you don't like it too thick)

After its rolled out, put it in your jelly roll pan and polk holes in it all over with a fork so it doesn't bubble up.
Now for  a new thing I learned that makes the crust a 1000 times better. Spray it with olive oil or brush some on top of it and then in a seperate bowl, mix:
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (I just used the kind in the container its all I had)
1 tbsp of italian seasoning
(if you don't have italian seasoning you could subsitute it with 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp marjoram, 1/2tsp basil, 1/2 tsp salt)
Once that is mixed, spread it all over your pizza on top of the olive oil. PUt it in the oven and cook it for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until it starts to brown a tiny bit.

Now for the Pizza Ingredients
2 cups of cooked and cubed (small) chicken
1/2 cup cooked bacon (around a half a package)
2 cups mozzarella cheese
3 cups of shredded lettuce (I shredded mine small)
1 cup romaine lettuce (I didn't have any of this (it was fine without)
4 tbsp of mayo or miracle whip
2 large roma tomatoes (I used big ones out of a garden)
1 avacado thinly sliced

When your pizza dough is done, spread your mozzarella cheese all over and then top with bacon and chicken. Stick it back in the oven until cheese is melted. While it is cooking mix together the lettuces and mayo in bowl. When the cheese is melted pull it out and let it cool for a few minutes (so your lettuce doesn't go soggy), then spread your lettuce all over and then tomatoes and avacado.
I hope you like it. Its my new fave.

(I only added the lettuce to the part I knew we would be eating that night, cuz it goes soggy if not. And poor Zach and Say don't  eat tomatoes. And I didn't really eat all of that that night. I wanted to but couldn't, I was too full.

CRUISE ANYONE?

Okay Josh and I are going on a cruise on Oct. 16th. It ports out of Tampa Fl., it is 7 night. It stops in Belize, Honduras, Costa Maya, and Cozumel. I think it's around $500 per person, give or take $50 or so.
Anyone is invited if they would like to go. If you are a single person, it would be double that I think, cuz you would get your own room and it is based on double occupancy. So find a pal, and come along.
Come on Costa Maya peeps. Remember all the pics of the Mayan ruins? Yep the pyramid steps and all that, that's the one. Come one, come all.

Contact me if interested.

Our house

So lots of peeps have been askin to see a pic of our house, and I was just going to post it on my blog, but Had said not to put pics up of our house on there. And Mag has been wondering about our house too, so I told him I'd put a picture of it on here, so he can start convincing his parents to come here. And everyone else, please come here too! It would be so fun. :)

I haven't really taken pics of the inside of our house, except for the kitchen. Cuz this kitchen made me so happy!!! Living in an apartment with a small kitchen and not enough counter space, and not enough cupboards to hold all my stuff for the past 7 years was really getting old. I love my kitchen now and it makes me so happy to be in it!

The Boys School Shoes

Javie's

Dax's

Toj's

So I bought these shoes for my kids, then Kaitlin, of Kaitlin and Cooper painted all of them. She is now doing this for her job to help put herself through school. She can pretty much do anything you can think of on them. She charges $25 per shoe, but I bet it goes up cuz she is getting pretty busy. I wanted to show you peeps. Pretty sweet huh.

boys dance auditions

Okay, so this isn't the greatest performance they have ever done, but they had to make up their own dance for their audition. Dax and Toj taught it to Jav about 30 minutes before they got there, so he was still trying to learn it. They invited their friend Jaden to come. All in all I think they did a great job. Plus can you believe I posted this?

The Davis Fam

Oh my, Daxie is looking divine. I paid Dax $3 to strip down and go jump in a huge puddle in his undies. Haha, I also have it on a movie clip. This will come in handy down the road.
Mag has this little issue with girls shoes. Josh loves it. All was quiet in his room so we went to check on him and this is what we found. Mag wearing my hooker boots.

Here is cute little Daizee. I couldn't figure out how to turn this. Hey I am doing good to post a pic. This is the first set of pics I have put on here since Toj lost his 4 front teeth. I am breaking out of my comfort zone peeps, breaking out.

Oh my gyash, even about to cry I want to eat her. Of course mostly when I see a pic of her or someone else is holding her is when I want to the most.
So this post is to all the peeps that keep asking me to post a pic, especially Holl and Cin that haven't been able to see her in person.

Weekend in Utah

The birthday boy Javi opening his presents.
 Singing happy birthday to Jav.
All of us girls (minus Audrey, she took the pic for us, but didn't want to come) going wild asparagus hunting. For some reason Case decided she needed to squish up front with the rest, and Linz loved it haha. (it was so hot and pretty humid for us west peeps)
As you can see Bird tooking the hunting part serious and didn't want any of us to get shot so she wore orange (haha just kiddin Bird, everyone was making comments on Birds shirt, I don't think I ever did so then I felt I should on this, but really I liked your shirt Bird)
In case Cin or Holl are wondering, we didn't really find to much asparagus, mostly we were just posing for the pics, it was all picked over already.
Just some pics of the peeps playin ball.
I can't really tell who shot this, but it went in so good job to whoever, it looks like it was probs Brientz's but I'm not positive.
Maybe a game of lightning but not really sure again. I only say that because Bird is on the run, Bud is doing a layup, and Dax could be handing the ball to the person behind him, but Aidey guy has a ball too, and Dustin is just standing there, maybe one of the kids already got him out :) As you can tell I don't really remember what was happening ha.
Cute pic of Linz and Josh during the firework show.
The picture perfect Fullers during the firework show :)
 Bird lookin awesome :)
 Zach being Zach.
The parentals and Josh watching the fireworks.

Ang being the Ang that she is and supplying all the kids with sparklers and pop its (or whatever those one you throw down are called)
 Cute pic of these dudes.
Bud being Master Fire Chief and putting on an excellent firework show for us.
Dax and Brientz kept jumping in front of all my pics, I had lots of these cute faces so I decided I better put some on here.
Another one of the cute Daximus Maximus.
Ang and Josh I just wanted to tell you guys thanks for the fun weekend. It was craziness for you guys I know, but it was such a fun family weekend. I am so glad that we got to come and be a part of it. Seriously, I came away thinking, that was so much fun, everyone had a good time, and there was just a good feeling at your house the whole time. So thanks. I hope everyone else felt the same as we did. We loved it.
And another thanks to Dustin and Liss for letting us stay at your house and for letting us take over your home as well for the weekend. It wouldn't have been possible for us to come if it hadn't been for all of the help from our fam, so thanks everyone.
P.S. I posted a few other pics on my blog from this weekend if you want to see a few others.

The Best Dad in the WORLD

I don't know about you guys but I'm pretty darn sure we have the best dad in the world. Dad is always there for us if we ever need someone to talk to. His advice always means a lot. He is one of my best friends. He cares about our well being more than any of us ever knows. He is so proud of all of us. He has his own way of thinking about things but we love him for it. He would do anything for us if it meant that we really needed it. He is smart. He is oh so funny. He laughs at his own jokes and is always crackin them. He loves tomatoes more than anyone I know. (He called his tomato plants his babies and told me today that he goes and checks on his kids everyday) haha. He is one of the best gardeners out there and it's always to perfection. He is the best drink connoisseur. I'm so glad dad loves sports and taught all of us to love them (even if we don't play them). Dad is always supportive if it's what we want, even if he doesn't agree with what we are doing (cheer). I feel like we are the luckiest kids in the world to have a dad like we do. I love you Dad thanks for always being there!

Love Bird
