Bird here. So I guess there is a rumor going around my school that im engaged. pretty sweet huh? and that im engaged to Trevor. haha Who comes up with these things? Neat

I think the person who said the comment about peops not posting stuff about their life should back off. I know you're using a secret name. . . . Phy. . . . but we all know who you are. I think the point of this blog is to keep updated on peops lives.

Dad in all his sweetness

So Dad is somethin sweet and keeps leavin little presents (empty cartons of cigarettes, shoes, a salad that she didn't finish eating, sweet stuff like that) for Linz on her pillow, sometimes not presents, just things she leaves around the house. One day she was lucky enough to find this on her pillow.
So this is being sweet and it wouldn't rotate so sorry you have to read it sideways. Dad decorated this himself. He colored and had mom type this up for him and then they glued it in the card. He even added the stickers that are at the bottom. Linz put the cross on her keychain. Its pretty dang funny I think. We have got one sweet Dad.

Jumpin' the Gun

I am so excited!! I'm also totally and completely jumping the gun.

As for you that don't know, I hate Advanta Bank,where I work with a passion, that is too be likened to say....Hamburger.
Advanta is a bank that only deals with small businesses, and they have raised everyone's rates from a fixed 7.99 or 9.99 variable (based on prime.) to a dirty dog 25.08% and 35.08%. All day long I have to talk to customers that tell me to "F off", F myself, shove things up myself, that Advanta is the devil, and I'm it's spawn, etc etc. They are also laying us off, we just don't know when. They are sending our jobs to India, and all we know for sure, is that its going to be done by April of 2009.

I digress, Anyway, I applied at ebay, and they called today and want to set up an interview!! I'm so excited I can barely breathe. The mothership is calling me home!! In October is my 10 yr anniversary of buying my first thing on ebay!! (It was a book for Drez.)

I know this is nerdy, but would you guys mind saying some prayers that I get this job? It could make such a difference in my life!! (working there.) Some of the benefits of working there include, full medical/dental/vision from day 1. Stock given to you on day 1, that becomes vested 1/4 per year that you're there. (It's all vested in 4 years.), at your 3 or 5 year mark, (not sure)you HAVE to take a paid one month long sabbatical, and in the break room, all the free coffee, soda, and hot chocolate that you could ever want. Plus tons more, (my friend got hired 2 months ago.) and I'd get to work with a friend. Wish me luck, and say a little prayer for me!!

I just wanted to tell ya'll how lucky I am to be in this family. I never got to thank everyone for the wonderful book you guys gave us for our spotlight at Fuller Fest. Dear Peepholes

I just wanted to let you know what my life now consists of. Here is me:
Monday 6:30am-10pm at night-working (I get 1/2 hour off between jobs-driving there.)
Tuesday-6:30am-10pm at night-working
Wednesday-6:30am-10pm-working
Thursday-6:30am-3pm-working then at 5pm, I take 3 tylenol pm and sleep till 5am the next day.
Friday-I get to play this is my only day.
Saturday- 9am-1pm working. Rest of Saturday spent in a stupor.
Sunday-can't think, brain numb, inspiration won't come.

Yes, that would be me working Dr's hours for what is soooo NOT Dr's pay.

So peeps we had animal day at our school and i wanted you all to have the full effect of what i was.

Ok so I chopped my hair and here it is. Pretty freakin crazy. Dad calls me wolf girl cuz it's so dark. He's sweet.

We trained em good

So my boys are the hit of the 3rd grade. (And apparently a few other classes as well) The boys really liked our Save a horse, ride a cowboy dance from Fuller Fest. Liked it so much that they memorized some of the words and now have their own little singing and dancing number to that song. Then they performed it for their class. Then for the 3rd grade music class. Then for their teacher from last year. Then for 2 other classes. Then for just a bunch of old ladies (who are probs my age) that asked to see it. I laughed my head off. I wonder what all those teachers are thinking when my 8 year olds are telling them to ride a cowboy. Then they do this pointing to all the girls when they sing cuz the girls they are so pretty. And Toj gets this little thing going where he starts slapping his bum on the one part. It is so funny. Not real proffessional, but definetly hillarious.

Sorry I haven't blogged for a while. I'm the c-raps, no excuses, just the c-raps. So Hawaii was amazing. That's probs all I will say about it unless you really want to know (which I don't think most peeps really like to hear about other peoples trips), then if you do, call me. Hey if anyone would like to sell me some scrapped Thank You cards, please respond. So everyone here is doing good, I just switched Jav out of one Preschool to another one. Torturous times. Jav said a good one in church on Sunday, Jav said to Dax, "smell my breath." (he had just eaten a mint) Dax leans forward and goes, "oh." Jav goes, "Dax I didn't even huh yet." Then the lady behind us started laughing really hard. Then about 2 minutes later Dax was looking at my bracelet and he asked me what the white stones were. I said an opal, and then he looks at the blue ones and goes, oh is that a bloopal. Again the bench behind us got a good chuckle. Actually would you like to hear about all of sacrament meeting? So Josh goes out to feed the baby and the lady behind us gives the boys all a mini candy bar. (mabes in payment for the entertainement) Jav gets covered in chocolate of course and I tell him to go out and wash his hands, figuring Josh was out there on the couch. So he comes back about 20 minutes later (I am still assuming he is with Josh, who happened to go on the other side to the couches because there was somebody on our side). I ask him if he washed his hands, yep he tells me and he found a really nice dog, and can the dog come in? Cuz that guy out there wouldn't let Jav bring him in, but he is a really nice dog and he plays with you really good. Sweet. So it turns out our Highway Patrolmen neighbor finds Josh out there and says, hey your little boy was out on the front lawn playing with a stray dog. Sweet again. Then he says that Jav had it halfway in the church and he had to tell Jav that the dog couldn't come in the church. Jav gave him a crusty and walked off. What kind of parents don't keep an eye on their kids during church anyway?
Oh, here's a funny one, mabes I told it already, I don't know. Dax got a pop out of the fridge and told us that he loved aw. We didn't know what he was talking about, but he kept going on and on about how aw was his very favorite. Course we let him go on and on because that is just what he does. Turns out he was drinking A&W creme soda, and calling it aw. We laughed our heads off and he still thinks it is aw. Good times. I can't remember any of Toj's sweet ones right now, but he usually pops off a few more than Dax. If I think of some I will add them. Peace out peops.

Peeps this is bird. Just so you all know.... There was no kissing involved. I know josh and ang are probs dissapointed but hey thats what you get when, in dax's words " Love a boy who doesnt love you back." But the dance was way fun. for our date we went four wheeling to the ice caves and then went and had dinner. It was pretty dang sweet. If I can figure out how to put some pics on here i will. Later

My House

Here is what our house looked like for a long time. That box that is smashed is just a small example of what a lot of our stuff looked like when we got here. Some of our stuff got wrecked, so that was the c-raps. Anyway, we still have some issues with closets, beds, sinks, etc. for some of you that I haven't talked to yet. Slowly but surely we are working out all the kinks. When I say slowly, think of Caleb going to Law School, studying all the time, and me not knowing how to fix anything. Then think of Caleb again, and his excentuated precision with everything he does. Overall, doesn't make the best combination.



Here is what our Living Room/Dining Room looks like now. All of my decorating isn't to the finishing touches yet, but like I said, "slowly but surely."

Ang n Josh watch out

So Bird probs won't ever get on here (or mom or dad or linz, You know the Rexburg peops now that I am gone) but I thought you all might like to know that Bird's love of her life, Trev, or
T-rev asked her to homecoming which is next weekend. The reason Ang and Josh should be calling Bird Sunday morning is cuz I wouldn't be surprised if they kiss :) Bird if you are reading this you know you love me. Bird has loved Trevor since about 6th grade. Bird has told me since he asked her to the dance that they have become way better friends and they have started a dancing "company" or club or something like that along with two of the other cheerleaders and their dates. They do lifts and everything. They made up a dance as a group to do at the dance in front of everyone (who seriously does that is the real question). (but I have to say I wish I would have been more like Bird in high school and been brave and not cared about what others think, she is having way more fun than I did) Any ways, I just thought you all might like to know that. I wouldn't be surprised if Bird ends up kissing good ol T-rev and Ang and Josh wouldn't have to pay her $500 bucks. Just so you know, Mom loves him and thinks he is the greatest. If Bird and him got married, he would definitely take Zach's spot and Josh's. Sorry Josh, you would probs be bumped to 3rd.

We are here in Boise. We made it. The bad thing is is that the management company was supposed to have the house cleaned and they didn't so I am having to deep clean everything before I can unpack anything so it is kinda torch. Any ways so here we are. Everyone come and visit. We have rooms and beds. The house we are renting has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fenced backyard so everyone come and see me. Holl, Cin, Case, I don't really know how you are doing it out there by yourself. I am missing home and the fam like crazy. I have a feeling the library here is going to become my new best friend and I am pretty sure I am going to get lots of projects done. We have nice peeps living by us. Well so far we have met 2 and they were both nice. The peeps right across the street are members so that is good. They told us that there are tons of members in our neighborhood so that is good. Hopefully some of them are close to my age. Saylor is doing good. I thought that she might freak out or start bein real bad having her whole world changed and nope, she is doing awesome. Probs better than me and Zach in fact. She has been wakin up at night but she goes right back to sleep. Zach started his classes last week. He is liking them so far but he only has class 2 nights a week so it isn't bad. He hasn't found a job yet but hasn't really had a chance to look either. We have been so busy getting everything set up and moved in and him doing homework that he hasnt' had a chance. Well that is all for now. Come visit me. Peace Jean
