Hey to all the peeps, what are your kids being for Halloween? I am having some serious struggles finding a costume for Jete. If any of you have ideas, send em my way. Plus, i just want to know what they are all going to be. I love them in their costumes!
Cin, I've got noth for ya. I think that I am going to have my three oldest boys dress up like mice because Mase has to do a book report on Halloween about the book Ralph S. Mouse and he has to dress up. I will probs get sunglasses for the three mice and they can be the three blind mice. Miles is going to be a skunk. Nothing to exciting.
ReplyDeleteCin, I have no ideas for Jete or for Saylor. Actually you could have Jete be an indian like the boys were that one year. Its stinkin cute and you could make it all yourself. If you get any ideas for Saylor let me know.
ReplyDeleteMy fam is all being star wars stuff. Not that I am into star wars stuff, but I think it is fun to do a theme. Josh is Darth Vader, I am Princess Leia, Dax is Annikan, Toj is Jango Fett (I didn't know who that was either), Jav is Darth Mall, Mag is Yoda. Me and Josh went to a Halloween Party with assigned costumes, and the boys go wild over star wars stuff, so there you have it.
ReplyDeleteAre you and Had going to dress up? If so, I would for sure do a theme. Erin went to a party with Nance and Carissa and they all went as fruit of the loom. (apple, banana, grapes, a pear)
Mabes you guys can be the three little pigs. Mabes Jete can be a Jailbird and you and Had can be the Jailers. I'll keep thinking. Good luck.

My friend, Mandy (from Rexburg) is going as Ugly Betty and she nailed it dead on. She looks so alike her with the wig ect.
I think I am attempting a bald Brittney Spears with the T-shirt "I have the golden ticket and arrow pointing down, or however it was. Then wear a short skirt and boots or something. nathan as K-Fed.
Tanner is going as a wounded army guy. Corbie a borrowed Frog costume and Savannah a monkey that Tanner wore for two years. You know hand me downs. The best.
Oh, I will just say, last year a guy from our ward went as Larry Craig and made a cardboard bathroom stall and would go up to peops and sit next to them and tap tap tap... His wife was the cop.
Good ideas for all you peeps. 3 blind mice, that will be super cute Holl. Kerr, i don't know what Saylor can be either. She would make a cute little Pebbles from the Flinstones. I was gonna have Jete be Bam Bam (he already has the white hair), and me and Had be Fred and Wilma, just babysitting Bam Bam. But i think we might do that another year. (I wish i had a sewing machine. It would be a whole lot easier to make a costume. I have a few friends here that do, but if you all know me...I would be at their house all day from here until Halloween working on it, and probs still wouldn't get it done.) Ang, i can't wait to see the pics of your fam. I'm not a huge star wars fan and i don't know who most of the peeps you said are, but i can tell it will be the goods. I also love the themes. Guts, that will be freakin sweet to see you as a bald Britney Spears. I bet you could pull it off too. And that's hilarious about the guy that went as Larry Craig. lol Still not sure for Jete though. ReplyDeleteHi guys. Its Jane. Last year we had Mac be Curious George and Paul was the Man in the Yellow Hat. He ROCKED at that. Looked exactly like him. And I was Curious George's nurse. This year Paul is a hippy and I am his hippy preg wife. We look pretty woodstock-ish together! And Mac is Bob the Builder pretty much cuz he LOVES Bob and he begs to wear his outfit (which I found at the DI) at least once a week.
